Join us for our Halloween Special, with live storytelling of the much-loved witchy tale, Room on the Broom, brought to life along the trail by our very own Ranch storyteller. Keep exploring for a day of magic and spooky surprises, including the Pumpkin Trail, the Tunnel of Terror, the Witches' Kitchen, Merlin's Hut, the Castle of Greyskull and Zombie Wood.
And if that wasn’t enough to keep little legs busy, the Gruffalo trail, Ranch Trail and Minibeast Trail await! Plus, the low ropes course, two giant jumping pillows, Fairy Forest, hidden treehouses and so much more. Grab your map and get ready to explore!

USEFUL INFORMATION
Is the ranch pushchair accessible?
The Ranch has pathways around the whole trail which is pushchair accessible for most parts. Just be aware that some areas are steep and hilly, therefore more challenging!
Are dogs welcome?
Of course! We just politely ask that they are kept on a short lead at all times during your visit and clean up after them. Dog waste bags are available free of charge at the entrance if needed!
Do you serve food?
We serve a selection of hot and cold drinks, cakes, ice creams and light snacks from our on site coffee shop. We encourage guests to bring a picnic and make the most of our many scenic picnic spots!
Should I book in advance?
We certainly recommend booking in advance to secure your spot, but we also welcome walk-ins! If you’re planning to visit last minute, please do check on our bookings page and Facebook in case we are fully booked.
Where can we find you?
On Caerphilly Mountain! Located on Rhiwbina Hill, we’re only a 10-20 minute drive from Cardiff City Centre, 10 minutes from Caerphilly and only a 1 hour drive from Bristol City Centre! For Sat Nav, use CF83 1NG or use this map.

Anything important to know before we visit?
Just a polite reminder that bikes, BBQs, smoking/vaping on site is strictly prohibited - thank you very much for your understanding!
Adverse Weather
As we are a 100% outdoors location, we are subject to close if the weather conditions are poor or dangerous. Closure may be required at short notice, so please check our Facebook page for any updates during adverse weather.
